  1. Its saying I need permission from Administrators! What the hell! I am the damn administrator. I am trying to free up space on my computer >:(

  2. Here's my take on the process:

Right click > properties > security tab > advanced > Near where it says "Owner" click "change" > Type in your computer name, mine was Nugen > Check Name > Ok > Apply > Ok, now ur back to the properties window > Advance > click on user and either "edit" or "change permissions" > Enable Full Control.

Ask if you need further help

  3. How do you undo the action? Also, does this work on a My Passport drive. I keep getting the message 'You don't have permission, etc'. This happened ever since I interfered with the do not share options. Ever since that, I can't open some of my photo and video files.

  4. When I open the property of what I want to delete I have all the ticks but they are all faded or grey.
And I did everything you told me but I already had the full control.
    But still cannot delete it.

  5. Thanks! It wouldn't let me delete the default Windows startup sound and I used the program to take ownership of it. Deleted that bastard and put in my own custom one 😛

  6. i install windows 8.1first & later windows server 2012 & done all roles & management !but now i want to remove windows server & for that reason i already uninstall lots of server files of windows server from my windows 8 !But i couldn-'t uninstall it (windows server ) properly.but when i want to delate all the file but its says permission needed any solution ?

  7. Nice video! Does this work if i want to uncheck the Read-Only box? I have windows 8,everytime i uncheck that box and re-open the properties are checked..that really pisses me off.

  8. Just FYI, your directions were crystal clear, but they did not work for me. My admin already has all permissions except "special permissions." When I try to click either Change Permissions or Change next to the admin, I get an error: "Can't open access control editor. Invalid syntax." So I am right back where I started.

  9. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME CAUSE WHEN I DO THIS IT WON'T LET ME EVEN OPEN THE THING PLEASE SOMEONE I CAN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE OF THIS ADMINSRER THING PLEASE I BEEN TRYING FOR MONTH AND MONTH
