  1. Hi, I modified the copy "info.plist" but there was no option to paste and replace the original "info.plist". So then I tried to alter the original file in the "contents" folder. A window popped up that said "you don't have permission to write to it". I then tried to unlock the file but I did not have permission. I'm using a late 2010 MacBook Air running on OS C El Capitan. Is there any other route I can take to create this iso? Thanks.

  2. after doing your Info.plist modification, Boot Camp Assistant just won't open-I tried reverting to the original .plist and it still doesn't work-good think I don't use BC on this system

  3. I need to make a bootable windows usb for use on a pc. The Iso I have was downloaded to my mac, can I make the bootloader in the way as your video to install windows on a windows computer?

  4. Hey, I'm using a Mac Pro 1.1 with OS X Yosemite, but when I open bootcamp, I can only choose between: Download the latest Windows support software from Apple or Install or remove Windows 7. Is there a way to install another version of Bootcamp, or update my current version?

  5. Hi 123myit, Paul here, a real luddite. I tried following your instructions but the bootcamp just kept crashing. I'm using an iMac 10,1. Does this make any difference?

  6. For newer Versions of OS X these are the steps for doing this.

    1. Restart into recovery

    2. Open terminal and type "csrutil disable" and hit return

    3. Restart normally

    4. Edit the .plist either directly or by dragging a pre made one into the folder

    5. Open terminal and enter "sudo codesign -fs – /Applications/Utilities/Boot Camp Assistant.app" and hit return

    6. Your all done.

    "Sidenote"
You may/may not need the root account to make changes. also i recommend reenabling SIP after you are done. You can do so by repeating steps 1-2 except replace "disable" with "enable"

  7. Hi everyone! My mac has not that opcion, the first one, 2 and 3 yes (bootcampassistant), I got a mac pro 2011 OS Sierra. I am doing with the terminal, the point is when I write the password
